Febri'S Hotel & Spa - Kuta (Bali)

The rooms were clean but my meal was cold and disappointing.

it has outstandingly accommodating staff in all areas and marvellous location near the airport for short stays before-or-after flights.

The location was central, stunning to gilli Islands. Further, it was close enough to local markets-, malls and waterbomb park and airport, restaurants and shopping areas and also Kuta beach. The breakfast was delicious with many different foods to select from, all the food was fabulous.

The spa treatments were really good. Breakfast options felt limited and bland.

Overall had very pleasant stay for a long vacation. There was a wide array of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. I had reasonably priced room with a balcony. The staff were genuinely helpful and very amiable people. The breakfast was large, the check in was smooth.

Room rate is not worth with the room facility comparing to other hotels at Kuta beach with the lower rate. Terlalu mahal untuk hotel sekelas ini walaupun pada peak season...

The staff, from the room attendants to the dining staff, were always cheerful.

I found the breakfast buffet less appealing than I had remembered from previous visits. The pool area lacked sufficient shading, especially over the kiddie section. I also felt that service at the pool could be improved, as it seemed hard to get attention when we needed refreshments.

The WiFi service is notoriously unreliable, with poor connectivity even in common areas. The breakfast options are limited, structured around a set menu that lacks flexibility. The pool area feels overly cluttered with decorations, detracting from any relaxing vibes. Outdoor lighting around the rooms stays on all night. Lots of prohibition signs.

I like the fact that the hotel caters to both small and big groups of guests with various room sizes. My 3 girlfriends and 1 stayed in a quad room, which was so spacious it could have accommodated 6 persons. The pool was inviting, the spa relaxing. You don't need to go far for affordable massage. For those who want only to chill out at the hotel, there's plenty of tv channels to surf the whole day.

Not sure if it was the hotel or elsewhere from whence I got insect bites that is somewhat similar to dust mite bites. In any case, it was negligible.

The 6 year old hotel located along the main shopping street of Kuta is well-maintained. Rooms/pool/premises are clean and staff are friendly. We got a driver take us around for sight-seeing from morning till evening and return to the area for shopping and dining in the evening. There was one morning we had a 4-hour spa in-house, it was relaxing and rejunevating. Overall a Great Bali experience!

Febri's Hotel & Spa is just ok, although I can't believe I had to share the limited pool umbrellas with elderly guests, unacceptable. And the breakfast was mass-cooked nonsense. I expected a welcome upgrade or at least a complimentary drink for my trouble but received nothing. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

we enjoyed the swimming pool area with all the shady tree's as it quite hot if you are in the sun. all the staff were also very friendly and helpful at all times

the hotel's location is fantastic, being just a short walk to Kuta Beach and nearby dining spots like Garis Garis and H2O Restaurant made my weekend strolls so enjoyable while providing plenty of choices for meals.

We found this hotel to be very friendly and clean and could not fault it in any way. We will be back.

only problem i found was there was no real bacon.hotel should cater for all people.had friends stay at the dynasty and they had the bacon on there menue.
